How did everyone fare with the tropical storm? Lone Star College System was closed yesterday and I was overjoyed to stay off the slick roads. We received a good amount of rain and my plants revived themselves during the heavy downpour. This morning I stepped outside into a steamy bath of humidity and took 5 minutes to clear the 10,000 pines needles covering my car. Other than rain and the occasional stray branch, I fared OK.
How did you do? Did you lose power? Experience any flooding?
